MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS TERMS:
Members have a monthly fee that will be billed automatically directly to the credit card on file.
Members have an automatic annual renewal fee of $45 per member that is set up on the start date. We employ an ongoing monthly membership system rather than a yearly contract system; as a result, there is an annual contract renewal fee.
Failure to pay any installment within 7 days after its due date and are subject to a late fee of $15.
We offer one freeze of one month per yearly membership term for $35 or 2 months for $85. We require 7 days notice using this form. We apply a $15 dollar class drop-in fee as needed.
Scheduled cancellation of membership requires 30 days notice using this form and 30 day membership must be paid. Students can rejoin at new updated rates anytime plus a renewal fee of $85.
